How long does it take until my new design in completed?

Project phases:

1. You order your new design package using the contact form on our website. Open contact form.
2. After ordering your design package you complete our creative briefing. Within the briefing you can specifiy all requirements for your new design.
3. Based on the briefing a designer will create your new design, which then goes through a process of internal quality control.
4. We grant you access to a preview. You sign off on the design, or if there are any details you are not happy with, you can tell us what needs to be changed.
5. We put the new design into your eBay Store and create HTML for your 'about me' page. You are granted access to the template and you can use it in your eBay tool. For users of eBay tools such as the Sell Your Item Form or Turbo Lister, we provide an HTML-Editor to easily create HTML code for your listings.
6. You copy the new design into your eBay Tool or you use our HTML-Generator to create HTML for your listings.
7. Done! You can now start launching items with your new design!

After completion of the creative briefing this process roughly takes two weeks. In case there are delays due to high demand for our designs we will let you know.

What happens if I have change requests after signing off on the new design?

In this case you can edit some parts using our design manager. The apanado manager allows you to easily change content and update it in your eBay Store and in your listing template. If you need graphical elements to be edited a designer can take care of this. We charge for this service based on our pricing list.

How much do you charge for an eBay design package?

How can I order an apanado eBay design package?

Why should apanado create my new eBay store design?

We have been working with eBay sellers for quite a few years now. We bring the technical knowledge along with a lot of creativity to produce state-of-the-art eBay designs. Also we are also eBay certified designers and consultants.

Are there any additional, ongoing costs for using apanado?

Yes, we charge a small fee for using our back-end and hosting some files necessary to maintain your store. This fee is just US$ 4.99 (£2.49GBP) per month. Billing occurs on an annual basis.

Still you will need your own webspace to host the template graphics. If you do not have webspace with FTP-access you can upgrade your account and order our image service for just $US 14.99 (£7.49) a month. More information on this can be foundhere.

Are you selling pre-made designs?

No! Each of our designs is individually created by an eBay certified designer based on your requirements provided within the creative briefing. Each design is unique to help you build your own brand. Additionally we have an internal quality control process to maintain a high level of quality and each design is signed off by our clients.

Can I use my new design outside of eBay?

Yes. If you like to you can use the graphical elements of your new design outside of eBay as well.

Do I need HTML skills to use the new listing template?

No. For users of eBay tools, such as the Sell Your Item form or Turbo Lister, we offer an easy-to-use HTML-Generator. Simply enter titles and descriptions into the editor and upload images. Then simply generate HTML that you insert into the description field (HTML-View).

We also offer a generator to create ad templates for professional eBay tools, such as ChannelAdvisor, Vendio and Infopia. Here you can easily generate HTML-Code with the placeholders that your tool is uses.

Do apanado designs work with seller tools, such as ChannelAdvisor, Vendio and Infopia?

Yes, we support all common eBay Tools.

How do I use the new design in my current listings?

If you are using a template-based tool, such as ChannelAdvisor you simply paste our template code into a new ad template and assign this to your listings. Done! Newly launched items will then show up in your new design.

Users of simple tools, such as Turbo Lister or the Sell Your Item form, will need to use our HTML-Generator to create HTML code for their listings. This code will need to be copied into your existing listings.

What happens if I need additional functionality?

Here at apanado we offer custom designs. However the apanado framework is standardized in some aspects. We offer a few upgrades. However if you need special functionality (such as special product finders) or a totally different layout scheme we can recommend the premium-designs from Sell It Smart. However our apanado designs offer all the functionality you need to increase your sales.
